Your refund applies to the following situations:
Waiting more than 25 business days
If more than 25 business days have passed since your order was confirmed and your shirt has not been delivered, you can request a 100% refund and your shirt will be shipped completely free of charge.
If your address needs to be confirmed due to missing information required for delivery, the time will start from the time your address is confirmed.
This policy does not apply to order re-shipments.
This policy does not apply to delays caused by delivery address issues.
This policy does not apply to delays caused by failed delivery.
Shirts are damaged, torn, or have manufacturing defects
If the shirt is damaged, torn or has a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a return or exchange at no additional cost.
In order to validate a return, proof of such damage must be provided. The CR7RETRO.COM team will perform an analysis and verify that the jersey is eligible for return.
Packet Loss
If a package is lost in transit and cannot be delivered to the customer, the package can be returned or re-shipped free of charge.
Customs Seizure
If the shirt is seized or detained by customs for more than 10 days, the customer has the right to return the shirt for a full refund of the amount paid.

Wrong size selection
If the customer selected the wrong size at the time of purchase and the shirt does not have a manufacturing defect, returns will not be accepted.
It is important that customers carefully review the size guide provided on our website before placing an order.
You can change the size of your shirt within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to change the size of your shirt, please send us a message via WhatsApp.
Wrong or incomplete address
Returns will not be accepted if the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the package not being properly delivered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of shipping information at the time of purchase.
Damage caused by the customer
Returns will not be accepted if the shirts are damaged upon receipt by the customer, such as stains, tears, or any other damage that is not a manufacturing defect.
Change of perspective
If a customer changes their mind after purchase and the order has been processed, no returns will be accepted for this reason.

Normal wear and tear that occurs over time on shirts, such as fading or minor wrinkles, is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for a return.
